How the Feral Druid rotation plays

Start in Cat Form and Prowl, then open with Ravage. Apply Faerie Fire and Rake, and use Shred to build toward five combo points.

At five points, check Rip. If it is missing, apply it. If it is already running, use Ferocious Bite instead. Spending in that order keeps your strongest bleed up without wasting a full set of points.

Energy is the limit in this rotation. Shifting Power turns mana into 40 energy when you run low, so your mana bar is a second energy pool. Omen of Clarity can also make your next ability free, and it is the right moment for an expensive Shred.

Common mistakes to avoid

These slips cost the most damage in a Feral Druid rotation.

• Using Ferocious Bite while Rip is missing.
• Forgetting Shifting Power and waiting on natural energy.
• Letting Rake drop while saving energy for a finisher.

A practice drill

To lock in your Feral Druid rotation: Run a 2 minute fight and keep your attention on the target's debuffs. Aim to never let Rip or Rake fall off.
